Christmas gifts.
If anyone needs an idea for a gift to give...to me, or receive...not from me.
Get 'The Wire' on DVD.
I rented, from local Blockbuster, the first disc of the first season. They say the just concluded 4th season was the best, and I give the first three episodes a "really good."
I have three categories
Terrible 25%
Pretty good 70%
Really good 5%
Four seasons and running strong. I am giddy about watching the series.

"I'm a little surprised this issue hasn't been tackled before in another case,'' Lucci said.
In Wisconsin I am sure that there is precedence.

[Link] | Today I was at Southdale center working at a Helzberg Daimonds. There was a group of mothers, about 4 or 5 of them, pushing their strollers around. Occasionally they would stop and then a mother would step forward and lead the group in aerobic exercises. I saw them doing this twice. It was one of the most bizarre things I have seen. In middle of the mall ...conducting exercise class.
Jewelry stores always have a corner store in the mall.

I am torn
between Britney Spears and Matt Lauer or Miami vs. Dallas.
Maybe I will watch 'Eve' instead- All About Eve: Arriving home for the holidays, Shelly discovers that one of her mother's favorite students has taken over her bedroom.
Sounds hilarious.

Follow up on Home Depot visit
update:
I am married.
I would like to thank all of you that attended. I had a real good time and hope y'all did as well.
I woke up with a hangover and could not eat my burnt eggs benedict.
I had a nice honeymoon.
Dave, I said to Kelsy, "It is Dave's birthday today."
I have not had a solid bowel movement since my return.
The kitchen and bathroom remodel are about 90 percent complete. Each room has turned out better than I had hoped. just some minor touch up work left.
I am broke.
Last night I slept at my house and Kelsy slept at her's... I am going to miss that option. It will be weird living with a wife. Looks like the official move in date is this Saturday.
It is my birthday in less than a week. I would like a rifle. For the complete list send me an email.
I am going to L.A. tommorrow.
I will be back friday.

I find it amusing to talk indepth about shows that people have tivoed and not yet watched.
Mike has reminded me to update my journal.
he said that I should post pictures of the home remodel that I am doing. That would be a good idea but I am not sure on how to do it.
I will descibe the condition on my house instead.
Here is what I do not have: my fridge has no hinges just a couple of doors that magically stay in place. No toilet or shower. no kitchen or anything that resembles one.
Here is what I do have: A wall between the kichen and bath, a floor in the bathroom, two well insulated rooms,
a pipe in the basement floor where I relieve myself, (I assume that this pipe flows into a larger pipe and then into a septic system.) running water in the basement, and faith that everything will be finished by 2/16.
